Elle Fanning

  American actress Mary Elle Fanning was born on April 9, 1998. In 2001, she played Dakota Fanning's younger self in I Am Sam. She was an actress when she was an infant, and was in a variety of films, like Babel (2006) as well as The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008). Sofia Coppola's Somewhere (2010) brought her a Critics' Choice Movie Award nomination for the Best Young Performer. She was the main character in J. J. AbramsScience-fiction film Super 8 and received a Spotlight Award from the Hollywood Film Festival. In the comedy-drama We Bought a Zoo (2011) as well as the drama Ginger & Rosa (2012) she also played a lead part. She also played the princess Aurora in the Fantasy films Maleficent: of Evil (2014) and Mistress of Evil (2014) and Maleficent.

She is well-known for her role as Lucy Henry on the CBC Television series Wild Roses, and for her regular roles on the television show Good Witch, Killjoys, and American Gothic.    Personal life  St. John's was where Power was born. She was a dancer during her childhood and began acting lessons at age 14. In 2001, she relocated to Toronto to begin an acting career.
